The box showed up squashed, and the bag the hoodie came in was ripped. As someone who really cares about keeping my clothes in good condition, especially when I’m paying a decent amount, it just felt careless. The hoodie itself was fine, but the packaging definitely made the whole experience feel less premium.

I went on madhappy.com hoping to grab a hoodie and maybe a pair of sweats too, but pretty much every size I needed was sold out. The colors still show up like they’re available, so you click in thinking, okay maybe this one, and then... nope. Not in your size.

It’s just kind of frustrating because it feels like there’s a lot to pick from at first, but then there really isn’t. I checked back a few times, thinking maybe they restocked or something, but nothing changed. just felt like I wasted time looking around.

Bought a hoodie and ended up needing to return it. The whole policy felt way more complicated than it should’ve been, especially for the price. Between the rules and fees, it just wasn’t worth the hassle. Probably won’t order from Madhappy again.
